Question by w.c.cl’arma: How can someone tell (legally) if a person is properly licenced to preform wedding ceremonies?
How can you tell if their certificate is legitimate and legal?
How can you spot the impostors from the real thing?
How can you tell if Justice of the Peace has proper credentials and can preform “lawful” marriages?
(I know they can get certified through the mail, just want to know when it’s bogus).

Call city hall and ask; every state has their own laws.
